Register the people who should inherit your digital legacy. Add their contact details, verify their identity with a government ID and face photo. Then assign specific items or entire spaces to each loved one.

Life changes, and your space changes with it. Add new items, update existing ones, and reorganise spaces whenever you need to — your space grows with you over the years.

Think of Nivi as a safe that travels with you. The moment you type anything, Nivi locks it up tight — encrypted on your device before it ever reaches us, so we never see your content. Your key is yours in everyday use; we keep it safely escrowed and encrypted only so your loved ones can inherit, and only ever unlock it through a strict, audited process after a verified death certificate.

We check in with you
When you miss a check-in, Nivi reaches out to you. A single tap or sign-in confirms you're fine and stops everything in its tracks.
We remind you, daily
If you still don't respond, Nivi sends daily reminders across a waiting window — by notification and email, with a text message in the final days. Any check-in during this time cancels the process completely.
Your loved ones are notified
If the waiting window passes with no response from you, Nivi reaches out to the loved ones you chose — using the contact details you saved — and gives each of them a private claim code to begin.
A certificate is submitted
A loved one downloads Nivi, enters their claim code, and uploads an official death certificate. Nivi's team then reviews it by hand — a real person, not an algorithm, confirms before anything is released.
Identity verification
We verify each loved one's identity by matching their face against the photo you stored. If you recorded a government ID, we ask them to present it. Once everything checks out, they can access what you assigned them.
Access is released
Once the certificate is approved and each loved one's identity is confirmed, they can access the items you assigned them. No committees, no middlemen — your legacy simply reaches the right hands, exactly as you intended.

Create Your Account
Sign up with your email and phone number. Verify your identity with a one-time code sent to both. Set up multi-factor authentication for an extra layer of security.
Set Your Password
Choose a strong password that only you know. This password protects your space and keeps your data safe. Nivi never sees or stores your password — your space stays yours and yours only.
Create Spaces & Add Items
Organise your life into spaces (spaces). Within each space, add assets (bank accounts, insurance, property, crypto), liabilities (loans, credit cards), duties (bills, subscriptions), and memories (letters, photos, journals). Everything is protected with advanced end-to-end encryption.
Add Loved Ones
